Objetivo: Describir la percepción del personal de enfermería de Hemodiálisis sobre las medidas implementadas para el cuidado seguro de los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica Terminal (IRCT) en postpandemia. Material y Método: Estudio cualitativo, fenomenológico y retrospectivo. El grupo participante fue de 4 enfermeras de del servicio de Hemodiálisis de una institución privada de Puerto Madryn. La recolección de los datos se realizó mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a través de 13 preguntas abiertas, hasta que se logró conseguir un análisis de la situación en contexto de post pandemia. Con una base teórica en Pamela Reed, Teoría de la Autotrascendencia. Resultados: Del análisis de los relatos emergieron 3 categorías finales asociadas a las 13 categorías iniciales: 1-Proceso de cambio impactante que dificulta la adaptación generando diversos sentimientos como incertidumbre a seguridad en el servicio de hemodiálisis, 2-Enfermería brinda cuidados seguros y efectivos de acuerdo a las necesidades que presenta cada paciente que favorece la relación enfermero-paciente y 3-Necesidad de reforzar las medidas de bioseguridad implementadas para brindar cuidado eficaz y seguro. Conclusión: En las enfermeras han coexistido percepciones positivas y negativas en cuanto a las medidas implementadas para brindar cuidado seguro en este proceso cambiante que causo la pandemia por Covid-19. En la cual, la Teoría de la Autotrascendencia nos ayudó comprender y explicar el bienestar en la etapa adulta, durante el proceso de crecimiento o en las experiencias trascendentales de la vida.Object of research: Perception of the Hemodialysis nursing staff on the measures implemented for the safe care of patients with Terminal Chronic Renal Failure in post-pandemic, of the Centro Cardial S.A Puerto Madryn, 2022. Objective: To describe the perception of the Hemodialysis nursing staff on the measures implemented for the safe care of patients with Terminal Chronic Renal Failure in post-pandemic period. Material and Method: Qualitative, phenomenological and retrospective study. The participating group was 4 nurses from the Hemodialysis service of a private institution in Puerto Madryn. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews through 13 open questions, until an analysis of the situation in the post-pandemic context was achieved. With a theoretical basis in Pamela Reed, Theory of Self-transcendence. Results: From the analysis of the reports, 3 final categories emerged associated with the 13 initial categories: 1-Process shocking change that hinders adaptation generating various feelings such as uncertainty about safety in the hemodialysis service, 2-Nursing provides safe and effective care according to the needs of each patient that favors the nurse-patient relationship and 3-Need to reinforce the biosecurity measures implemented to provide effective and safe care. Conclusion: Positive and negative perceptions have coexisted in nurses regarding the measures implemented to provide safe care in this changing process caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
