Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco.https://rdi-test.unp.edu.ar/handle/123456789/327En relación al crecimiento de la producción de carne bovina en el Valle Inferior del Río Chubut a partir de la instalación de la barrera de la fiebre aftosa en el año 2001, en esta investigación, se procede a realizar un análisis específico del circuito productivo regional de la carne bovina. Durante este estudio, si bien se consideró a la perspectiva geografía actual del concepto región, se hizo énfasis en particularidades de la actividad ganadera evidenciadas en el área de estudio. El protagonismo adquirido en la actualidad, es clave para determinar el futuro productivo de la región. Bajo esta premisa, esta investigación muestra la complejidad en la que se desenvuelve el circuito productivo de la carne bovina definiendo e interpretando los diferentes eslabones que lo componen, sus actividades predominantes, los agentes socio- económicos intervinientes con sus relaciones de vinculación, las fortalezas y debilidades del proceso dentro del área de estudio, entre otras variables. Asimismo, al concederle un enfoque territorial, fue posible conocer la dinámica que imprime este circuito y reconocer otras territorialidades en el VIRCh.In relation to the growth of beef production in the Lower Valley of the Chubut River since the installation of the foot-and-mouth disease barrier in 2001, in this investigation, a specific analysis of the regional productive circuit of beef is carried out. beef.
