El cuidado de enfermería desde la vivencia de los adultos mayores

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación fue realizado en un contexto de salud - enfermedad, cuyo objeto de estudio fueron analizar, describir y conocer las vivencias de los adultos mayores durante su internación en un servicio de Clínica General, relacionado con el cuidado brindado por del personal de enfermería en un Hospital Público de Comodoro Rivadavia en el año 2023. Se lograron aplicar todos los pasos y etapas de una investigación de tipo cualitativa y fenomenológica. Luego de realizar la recopilación de información a través de 5 entrevistas semiestructuradas, se agruparon en nueve categorías de análisis y dos convergencias centrales; las cuales hacen referencia a como percibieron el cuidado y como percibieron la situación de internación facilitando la interpretación de los datos que se buscaron conocer y describir desde la perspectiva de los participantes. Las cuales sirvieron para resignificar la información a través de los conocimientos previos que se tenían acerca del objeto estudiado, con los aportes teóricos de Virginia Henderson, Jean Watson y complementando la búsqueda de antecedentes y revisión bibliográfica relacionado al tema investigado.The present research project was carried out in a health-disease context, whose object of study was to analyze, describe and understand the experiences of older adults during their hospitalization in a General Clinic service, related to the care provided by the staff of nursing in a Public Hospital of Comodoro Rivadavia in the year 2023. All the steps and stages of a qualitative and phenomenological investigation were applied. After collecting information through 5 semi-structured interviews, they were grouped into nine analysis categories and two central convergences; which refer to how they perceived the care and how they perceived the hospitalization situation, facilitating the interpretation of the data that they sought to know and describe from the perspective of the participants. Which served to redefine the information through the previous knowledge that was had about the object studied, with the theoretical contributions of Virginia Henderson, Jean Watson and complementing the background search and bibliographic review related to the topic investigated.
