Experiencias de madres primerizas y el cuidado que brinda el personal de enfermería a pacientes que se atienden en el servicio de tocoginecología del hospital regional Dr. Manuel Sanguitetti, en el año 2022

Abstract

La maternidad es, quizás, una de las palabras más bonitas y con más significado de nuestra lengua. Una palabra dirigida a la persona a la que le debemos la vida. La maternidad, sin embargo, va unida al conocido como 'reloj biológico' y no todas las mujeres sienten la llamada de ser madre al mismo tiempo algunas, incluso, no llegan a sentir deseos de tener un hijo en su vida. Algunas la sienten especialmente temprano y sin embargo, otras, después de la edad socialmente y genéticamente establecidas como ideales para ser madres. Es por eso que en este proyecto de investigación se abordó “Experiencias de madres primerizas y el cuidado que brinda el personal de enfermería a pacientes que se atienden en el servicio de Tocoginecología del Hospital Regional Dr. Manuel Sanguinetti, en el año 2022”. El objetivo por el cual se realizó esta investigación fue para conocer las vivencias, sensaciones de las madres primíparas durante la gestación, parto y post parto con el fin de contribuir a mejorar la calidad de atención que brinda dicho servicio. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó una entrevista fenomenológica semi-estructurada ya que con la misma se pretendió aprehender desde una perspectiva que la persona lo está viviendo y qué significado tiene para ello. Siendo un dialogo abierto permite formular una re pregunta en caso de no entender la misma. La metodología que se manejó para la elaboración del proyecto fue cualitativa ya que el objetivo de la misma es comprender fenómenos desde las perspectivas de quienes lo viven, comprende a las personas que pretende investigar permitiendo un acercamiento de la misma. La población estuvo constituida por 4 mujeres madres primerizas las cuales se encontraban internadas en dicho nosocomio. La enfermería es la profesión de la salud cuyos objetivos se ajustan a las necesidades de las embarazadas. Por lo tanto, se encuentra óptimamente preparada para adoptar la responsabilidad de instruir, informar y brindar asistencia a las gestantes y a sus familias.Motherhood is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful and meaningful words in our language. Motherhood, however, is linked to the so-called 'biological clock' and not all women feel the call to be a mother at the same time, even, do not feel the desire to have a child in their life. Some feel it especially early and yet others, after age socially and genetically established as ideal for being mothers. That is why this research project addressed "Experiences of first-time mothers and the care provided by nursing staff to patients who are treated in the Tocogynecology service of the Dr. Manuel Sanguinetti, in 2022". The objective for which this research was carried out was to know the experiences, 4 sensations of primiparous mothers during pregnancy, delivery and post in order to contribute to improving the quality of care provided by this service. For the collection of information, a semi-structured phenomenological interview was used since it was intended to apprehend from a perspective that the person is living it and what meaning it has for it. Being an open dialogue allows you to ask a question in case you do not understand it. The methodology that was handled for the elaboration of the project was qualitative since the objective of the same is to understand phenomena from the perspectives of those who live it, it understands the people who intend to investigate allowing an approach of it. The population consisted of 4 women first-time mothers who were hospitalized in this hospital. Nursing is the health profession whose objectives are adjusted to the needs of pregnant women. Therefore, it is optimally prepared to adopt the responsibility of instructing, informing and providing assistance to pregnant women and their families.
