Resumen
Un problema de la práctica cotidiana puede, bajo ciertas circunstancias, transformarse en un problema científico, por lo tanto, se investigó sobre la percepción del autocuidado del patrón nutricional del personal de enfermería de la unidad de terapia intensiva del Hospital subzonal Santa Teresita, Rawson- Chubut 2023. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la percepción del autocuidado del patrón nutricional del personal de enfermería, describir la influencia de la carga horaria del personal de enfermería, conocer la influencia del entorno laboral en la alimentación del personal de enfermería. La metodología, investigación cualitativa, tipo descriptivo con diseño fenomenológico y transversal. La recolección de datos se obtuvo mediante una entrevista semiestructuradas y con la observación directa. De los datos procesados de 12 preguntas, se obtuvieron 12 categorías de análisis con una agrupación en la que se llegó a 3 categorías de convergencia final. Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron que el personal enfermero se encuentra en un proceso para realizar una alimentación más saludable, reconocen la importancia de contar con un patrón nutricional equilibrado, aun así, se evidencio que existe un déficit para mantener una alimentación adecuada en los horarios laborales, reconociendo el almuerzo como la comida más importante del día. Se llegó a la conclusión de que los personales de enfermería tienen hábitos alimentarios inadecuados, atribuyéndose a la falta de tiempo y mala organización. Por lo anterior se recomienda fomentar la importancia de una alimentación adecuada, que haya un seguimiento y acompañamiento de parte de los profesionales de nutrición del hospital, para todo el personal de enfermería de la institución, para fomentar el autocuidado del personal de enfermería.
A problem of daily practice can, under certain circumstances, become a scientific problem, therefore, research was conducted on the perception of self-care of the nutritional pattern of the nursing staff of the intensive care unit of the Santa Teresita Subzonal Hospital, Rawson- Chubut 2023. The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of self-care of the nutritional pattern of the nursing staff, to describe the influence of the nursing staff's workload, to know the influence of the work environment on the nutrition of the nursing staff. The methodology, qualitative research, descriptive type with phenomenological and transversal design. Data collection was obtained through a semi-structured interview and direct observation. From the data processed from 12 questions, 12 categories of analysis were obtained with a grouping in which 3 categories of final convergence were reached. The main results obtained were that the nursing staff is in a process to make a healthier diet, they recognize the importance of having a balanced nutritional pattern, even so it was evidenced that there is a deficit to maintain an adequate diet during working hours, recognizing lunch as the most important meal of the day. It was concluded that the nursing staff has inadequate eating habits, attributed to lack of time and poor organization. Therefore, it is recommended to promote the importance of adequate nutrition, and that there is a follow-up and accompaniment by the hospital's nutrition professionals, for all the nursing staff of the institution, in order to promote self-care of the nursing staff.
